Product received from the cold, the fragile lampshade is torn

The lamp arrived with a damaged hood. It is a fine product in itself. I suggested returning the lamp. But that turns out to be hardly possible in practice. The costs are such that it is hardly an option. It is advertised with return service. But in practice this is hardly feasible.
